The parent firm for United is TechLink Environmental, Inc. which has its headquarters in Fort Collins, Colorado.

United offers wide range of consulting engineering and field implementation services in the environmental field. United specializes in offering services to the water sector and to the oil & gas industry. United uses industry standard methodologies and state-of the- art equipment in site characterization, risk-base correction action, environmental compliance and remediation techniques.

United has remarkable record of environmental services with major oil & gas companies and water management sectors. United has highly qualified personnel, some of whom are on the Faculty in the Civil Engineering Departments at Colorado State University (one of the top ranked Civil Engineering Departments in the United States)

United provides environmental services to Ministries of Water & Municipalities; Oil & Gas; State commissions and Environmental authorities. In addition, United is the main
environmental consultants to major international companies including Apache, Baker Hughes, BP, BG, Duke Energy, Exxon Mobil, Gupco, Petrobel, Schlumberger Transocean, among others.

The founding principal of United is Dr. James Warner. Dr. Warner was on the faculty in the Civil Engineering Department at Colorado State University (CSU) and was also the Head of the Environmental Hydrology Division in the Civil Engineering Department at CSU.
