United Environmental and all of its Employees strongly believes that all of our customers’ requirements to receive the Standard Services at appropriate times are achievable through a good management, the commitment to the requirements of its clients and employees, the development, maintenance and continous Improvement of QHSE Management Systems and to instill personal ownership and motivation to achieve Quality & Environment excellence

United Environmental will encourage all the related activities to its business to consider the quality & environmental management systems approaches in their performance through:

• Set standards, which ensure compliance with all relevant requirements of the international Standard ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007
• Manage our business with employee commitment and management leadership in quality, health, safety and environmental protection.
• Promote QHSE culture and ensure employee awareness towards achieving safe work environment, and provide employees with the capabilities, knowledge, training and resources necessary to instill personal ownership and motivation to achieve excellence.
• Openly report all QHSE related incident, communicate root causes and lessons learned as appropriate to avoid re-occurrence.
• Establish and maintain communication with all employees, clients, contractors, concerned groups and regulatory agencies.
• Consult, listen and respond openly to our customers, our employees, our neighbors, and other stakeholders And identify all existing and foreseeable requirements of our clients and work to satisfy customer satisfaction as an essential quality measure of our services.
• Measure, audit, and report QHSE performance and monitor the effectiveness of programs to ensure adequacy, compliance and continuous improvement. And to recognize those who contribute to improved QHSE performance.
• Assisting in protecting the environment and the overall well being of all our stakeholders by reducing all the impacts associated with the environmental aspects of our operations.

The General Management Team will lead regular review of Company QHSE Management Systems and ensure continual improvement by establishing new objectives for the Company.
